- You work in a trade but you need a formal qualification to help you get on.
- You have lots of skills from jobs, courses, community work, or even sport, but you don’t have the ‘piece of paper’ to prove it.
- Your overseas qualifications don’t apply here but you don’t want to study the same thing over again.
