About Us

This site is managed by the skillsrecognition.gov.au project.

Our goal is to improve access to information about skills recognition so that potential candidates will be encouraged to take up recognition services available to them and have their skills formally recognised.

This project is part of a program to improve recognition within New South Wales. There are other projects aiming to build the capability of registered training organisations to deliver improved recognition services. Organisations within industry are also being supported to engage their staff in recognition as part of developing their workforce.

The Australian Government has contributed to funding this program under the COAG RPL Program. The NSW Department of Education and Training also provides funds.
